We begin each project by assessing the condition of your concrete, including water issues, cracks, spalling, and sunlight exposure, to determine the appropriate crack repair and base coat. If water issues are present, we install a Vapor Reduction Barrier. Our process includes grinding the surface and filling all cracks and spalls with our crack repair. We then apply a base coat followed by either decorative flakes and a Polyaspartic topcoat for a flake system, metallic colors with a Urethane topcoat for metallic epoxy, or concrete overlays with Polyaspartic, Epoxy, or Sealer topcoat.
